As we prepare to wrap up the turbulent year that shook all of us to the core of our being, we need to search for Balance in our lives.
Some stokvels lost their Balance, due to the Covid.19 impact. The sad reality is that some stokvel members lost their jobs. As a result, they were unable to make their usual contributions.
As challenging as it may be, all should not be lost because of Covid-19. We need to review our lives and try and strike a new Balance.
You can use the following tips to remain Balanced in your Stokvels:
Review your stokvel goals in line with your current circumstances. Do not get stuck in the pre-Covid.19 Stokvel constitution. Embrace change.
Search for new opportunities. Take a sincere review of your personal skills and resources as stokvel members. Those who lost their jobs due to Covid.19, maybe this is an opportunity to invest their years of experience in starting their own companies as individuals or as a group. Please, do thorough research in whatever you want venture into.
Take time to relax, pause and reflect on your current or future situation.
Stay safe, respect and observe Covid-19 guidelines.
